NURE in the Transparent ranking Institutional Repositories by Google Scholar

The Spanish laboratory Cybermetrics Lab has published the next issue of the Google Scholar repository rating – Transparent ranking Institutional Repositories by Google Scholar.
As of February 2022, the electronic archive of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics is on 313 positions out of 3716 possible, rising from 378 places in May 2021. Among the repositories of Ukrainian universities, the electronic archive of NURE took 25th place compared to 23 in May.
The number of publicly available documents increased from 12,100 to 14,500. Data for the 13th issue of the rating were collected during the first week of February.
The International Repository Ranking, which is part of Webometrics, calculates the number of documents hosted in open access repositories and the degree to which they are indexed by Google Scholar. The purpose of the rating is to support the initiative of open access to scientific publications and other academic materials in electronic form, assess the level of openness of academic resources and their integration into the global information space.
