NURE hosted the round table “School of the Future: Towards Specialized Education”, bringing together representatives of the University and computer science teachers from educational institutions of the Shevchenkivskyi District of Kharkiv.
The participants discussed opportunities for cooperation between NURE and the educational community, prospects for specialized education, ways to engage school students in the University’s educational and research initiatives, as well as plans for future joint activities.
NURE Rector Ihor Ruban delivered a welcoming address to the participants. He presented the opportunities offered by the University and emphasized NURE’s openness to new formats of cooperation, proposals from teachers, and the needs and interests of school students and their educators.
Particular attention was paid to encouraging school students’ interest in information technology, engineering and technical fields, as well as introducing young people to modern technologies and the University’s educational and research environment.
As a result of the round table, the participants outlined areas for further cooperation between NURE and educational institutions of the Shevchenkivskyi District of Kharkiv and discussed joint initiatives aimed at supporting the educational and research potential of the younger generation.
