On January 25, the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics hosted a working meeting on the calculation of key performance indicators (KPIs) of the departments for 2022. Rector NURE Valerii Semenets noted that the financial incentives for the results of work are the key to University sustainable development.
Additional funding for the departments in 2022 will be distributed, as last year, according to the KPI system.
Similar to university funding according to formula, the department’s KPI also depends on the number of students, research and teaching staff publication activity (documents from Scopus and WoS), the amount of funding for research, the amount of income to the special fund and efficiency use departments areas.
CIST scientific adviser prof. Valentin Filatov reported changes in the list of indicators. In 2022, a contingent of masters was added to the list of indicators.
As a result of analysis key performance indicators, the meeting approved the initial data and KPI for the calculation of departments funding in 2022. The Scientific Council was also recommended to approve the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for 2022.
