On October 22, 2026, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics held a regular conference of the University staff.
During the conference, delegates considered a number of important issues related to the organization and operation of NURE. The key items on the agenda included approval of the new edition of the Charter of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, amendments and additions to the Collective Agreement, consideration of the University’s Internal Labour Regulations, and other current matters concerning the University’s activities.
The preparation of the new edition of the University Charter was preceded by extensive work by the Legal Service and the Academic Council of NURE, as well as comprehensive discussion within the University staff. The proposed edition includes updated general information about the University and substantial revisions to a number of provisions in accordance with the current conditions of NURE’s operation.
The amendments and additions to the Collective Agreement and the Internal Labour Regulations had previously been considered by the relevant commissions. The materials were distributed to conference delegates in advance to allow them to review the documents and prepare comments and proposals.
During the conference, the delegates discussed the submitted documents and presented a number of proposals, including those reflecting the specific conditions under which the University operates during martial law.
The Conference of the University Staff remains an important platform for collective discussion of issues that determine the organization of the University’s work, its internal regulatory framework, and its further development.
