Thanks to a government programme, Ukrainians have the opportunity to get an education for free.
The Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics is one of these higher education institutions where you can get an education with a voucher. They can be obtained by internally displaced persons (IDPs), former military personnel and other categories.
The amount of the voucher depends on the cost of education, but the amount should not exceed UAH 26,840.
With the help of a study voucher, you can master many specialities and professions. These include psychology, medicine, economics and construction, agronomy and computer science. You can find a list of all the specialities and professions available with study vouchers here.
You can get an education at the level of vocational, pre-university and higher education. You can choose an educational institution after the fact, after reviewing applications. The voucher allows you to get an education only in the institution where there are vacant places for the required speciality and which is the closest to the candidate’s place of residence.
