The Wildau – NURE Quantum IT Alliance (WiN Q-IT Alliance) has been established at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Wildau (TH Wildau) in Germany. This joint Ukrainian-German center for scientific and academic cooperation serves as a permanent platform for interaction between the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (NURE) and its German partner.
The opening of the Alliance marks a strategic milestone in expanding NURE’s international presence. Physically located at TH Wildau – within the Berlin–Brandenburg metropolitan region – it creates a unique space for students, researchers, and faculty from both universities to collaborate, advance research, and implement innovative ideas.
The Alliance is designed to function as a long-term platform for cooperation between the two universities in the field of quantum information technologies. Its activities will encompass scientific research, innovation, international projects, knowledge and technology transfer, as well as collaboration with enterprises and institutional partners.
For NURE, the WiN Q-IT Alliance is particularly significant as it establishes a permanent hub for cooperation in Germany. Furthermore, its location in the Berlin–Brandenburg region will facilitate the development of ties with European universities, research institutions, technology companies, startups, and innovation clusters. This enhances the capacity of both universities to translate scientific findings into practical solutions and to forge new international partnerships.
The launch of the Alliance lays a long-term foundation for a Ukrainian-German partnership centered on people, knowledge, and the technologies of the future.
