According to the Joint Statement of the State Committee of Ukraine on Science and Technology and the Federal Ministry of Scientific Research and Technology of the Federal Republic of Germany on scientific and technical relations and Order No. 857 of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 24.06.2020 “On financing joint Ukrainian-German research projects in 2020 “approved funding for the project” Implementation of rapid prototyping for modeling of the upper respiratory tract in normal conditions and typical pathologies.”
The scientific project is carried out by the Department of Biomedical Engineering of NURE (supervisor – Professor Oleg Avrunin) and the Institute of Multiphase Processes of the University. V. Leibniz M. Hannover (supervisor – Professor Birgit Glasmaher). The second stage of this project is aimed at the development of scientific cooperation between university laboratories in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and will be held with the wide use of tools for remote interaction in conducting scientific research.
