Celebrations on the occasion of the 90th Anniversary of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics took place on October 16.
Rector Valerii Semenets congratulated NURE on its anniversary: “Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics has come a long and glorious way from the Civil Engineering Institute to a modern, powerful research center whose quality of education is highly valued and recognized in many countries and despite ever-increasing competition it confidently holds the first place”, the Head of the Kharkiv State Administration Oleksiy Kucher, who in his video address stressed that the 90th Anniversary is a reason for pride for graduates and achievements of scientists of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, because thanks to the best teachers and fundamental knowledge graduates become elite in the field of IT.
The audience was also acquainted with the history of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, which has come a long way from the Civil Engineering Institute to a modern, powerful university, which through its hard work and incredible success was able to get into the TOP-1000 universities. Due to the deteriorating epidemiological situation caused by the spread of COVID-19, the event was conducted online.
