Athletes of the national team of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics in powerlifting took part in the Championship of Ukraine in classical bench press, which took place from 3 to 6 April in Khmelnytsky.
According to the results of the competition Akhremenko Victoria, candidate for master of sports of Ukraine, in the weight category up to 57 kg, with a result of 65 kg, won second place, Igor Lukienko, candidate for master of sports of Ukraine, in the weight category up to 59 kg, with a result of 110 kg, sowing third place, Alexander Narvatov in the weight category up to 105 kg, with a result of 150 kg – third place, Ivan Gritsenko in the weight category up to 74 kg, with a personal record in bench press 132.5 kg won fourth place.
The coach of the winners of the Championship of Ukraine is a senior lecturer at the Department of Physical Education and Sports of NURE – Natalia Didyuk.
