On 21 August 2026, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics hosted the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the North-East Scientific Centre of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and NURE.
The signing of the Memorandum marks an important step towards developing systematic cooperation between the scientific and educational communities. Such interaction is particularly relevant today due to the growing demand for highly qualified engineering professionals, especially in the fields of radio electronics and microelectronics, which are of strategic importance for both Kharkiv and Ukraine.
The partnership is intended to combine the scientific and educational potential of the parties and create additional opportunities for cooperation among researchers, academic staff, postgraduate students and young scientists, as well as for the implementation of joint scientific and educational initiatives.
The cooperation will contribute to the development of advanced research areas, strengthen the practical component of education and help train professionals whose competencies meet the current needs of high-tech sectors of the economy.
For NURE, the signing of the Memorandum is another step towards strengthening cooperation with the academic research community and developing a joint scientific and educational environment focused on training a new generation of engineers and researchers.
