From March 29 to April 2, Murad Omarov, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, as part of a delegation of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, headed by Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Serhiy Shkarlet, paid a working visit to Tajikistan, Dushanbe.
During the visit, Murad Omarov held working meetings with the heads of many Tajik universities. Cooperation agreements have been concluded with Tajik National University, Khujan State University, Tajikistan University of Technology and Dangarin State University. Within the framework of cooperation, such issues as: implementation of double degree programs, advanced training, as well as training of masters and graduate students were discussed. In the field of science, joint participation in international events and development of joint research projects is possible.
In addition, during this period, the exhibition “Study in Ukraine” was held in Dushanbe, in which, among more than 40 leading institutions of higher education in Ukraine, the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics was presented. Vice-rector Omarov told potential entrants about specialties, features of studying at the University of Radio Electronics, opportunities to participate in student activities and various events that promote integration into the cultural and educational space of Ukraine.
Among the members of the delegation were about 80 rectors and vice-rectors of Ukrainian higher education institutions.
