November 7 at the Faculty of Infocommunications appeared the new laboratory equipment for students, which was provided by the NURE partner – Company Lifecell.
The equipment, including modern servers, virtualization environment system, virtualization software and virtual machines for vulnerability research, will work on the basis of the network security laboratory and will enable students to practice studying modern information security technologies of computer systems for the organization of data protection and security.
“We are very grateful that our cooperation with Lifecell makes it possible to open another laboratory. This is an excellent example of constructive interaction between business and educational institution, the result of which is this platform for practical training of students of the University of Radio Electronics in accordance with the modern needs of world technologies”, – said the Rector of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, Professor Valerii Semenets.
In addition, during the visit, representatives of Lifecell discussed with the leadership of NURE the possibility of further cooperation in the direction of improving the educational process, as well as held a lecture for University students and got acquainted with the work of the Scientific Park “Synergy»
