Kyivstar offers students of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics to take part in their own educational project Big Data School 5.0 in specialties related to mathematics, analytics, IT, gain knowledge in the field of big data and cloud computing.
Acceptance of applications begins on September 14 and will last until October 7, 2020. After October 7, two stages of testing begin, namely the task. Based on the test results, students will be selected for the course. The training course starts on October 24 and will last until December 12, and on December 19 – the defense of course projects.
In 2020, the Kyivstar educational project, Big Data School, celebrates its first anniversary and for the fifth time in September announces the enrollment of students for the course. The school will be interesting for programmers, mathematicians, analysts and students who are “savvy” in the basics of machine learning, who have programming skills in Python or R.
Course and project curators are ideological inspirers and specialists in the field of Big Data, professionals with many years of experience in Kyivstar, and mentors are experienced practitioners in the field of IT, Data Science and Big Data. This year, for the first time, the mentors of Big Data School are MVP (Most Valuable Professional) – a status assigned by Microsoft.
Participation in the project is free for students, because its purpose – together with partners to lay the foundations for technological growth of Ukraine, the development of its science in the latest promising areas of knowledge.
The purpose of this professional development program is to open new professional horizons and opportunities for self-realization in Ukraine for as many students as possible.
