On December 10-11, at the initiative of the International Scientific and Educational Trust (ISET), the Kharkiv Security Forum 2020 “Fighting for People in a Hybrid War” was held under the auspices of the Government Office for Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. with the assistance of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration and the Kharkiv City Council, with the participation of NATO’s Young Foreign Policy Specialists (YPFP). Students, graduate students and teachers of the Department of Security and Information Technology of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics took an active part in the discussion panels of the forum. The event was held online on the YouTube platform.
The purpose of the Forum is to identify specific security challenges and threats in modern Ukraine and develop common approaches to addressing them.
Two topics discussed:
· Human identity as an object of ideological confrontation.
· Ukraine’s chances to become a full member of NATO.
