Today, Ukraine celebrates Builder’s Day, a professional holiday honouring those whose work creates, restores and preserves spaces for living, working and learning.
For Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, this profession has acquired particular significance during the war. The NURE Repair and Construction Team, headed by Liubov Pohoryelova, works every day to keep the University’s infrastructure functional, safe and ready to support education and research.
Repairs, restoration of premises and engineering systems, elimination of damage and continuous maintenance of University buildings all require professionalism, responsibility and dedicated daily work.
Today, this contribution is especially important. Preserving and restoring the University means much more than maintaining its buildings – it strengthens NURE’s resilience, supports the continuity of education and helps preserve the academic environment for students, lecturers and researchers.
