Igor Ruban, the First Vice-Rector of the Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics, was awarded the National Boris Paton Award of Ukraine. The solemn presentation of state awards took place on May 19 in Kiev.
The corresponding Decree of the President of Ukraine № 661/2021 was issued on December 16, 2021
