Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics congratulates its researchers who have been awarded state scholarships based on the results of the National Researcher System of Ukraine ranking.
The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has published Order No. 1857 on the award and financing of state scholarships for researchers and academic staff. A total of 1,934 Ukrainian researchers received individual state support within the first wave of scholarships.
Eight representatives of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics are among the scholarship recipients.
In the research field of Information Technology and Electronics, scholarships were awarded to:
— Oleh Avrunin;
— Ihor Ruban;
— Yurii Zholudov;
— Dmytro Snizhko;
— Serhii Khlamov;
— Tetiana Trunova.
In the field of Biology, Biotechnology, Medicine and Rehabilitation, a state scholarship was awarded to Yana Nosova.
Another NURE researcher received a scholarship in the field of National Security and Defence. The researcher’s personal data are anonymized in the official list published by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The National Researcher System of Ukraine is based on the evaluation of verified research results. The ranking takes into account scientific publications, research and innovation projects, grants, patents, international cooperation, the training of researchers, and other outcomes of professional research activities.
More than 13,000 applications from researchers across Ukraine were submitted to the system. Following verification of research results, ranking and confirmation of the required information, the Ministry awarded the first wave of scholarships for the period from October 2026 to September 2028.
The state scholarship provides individual support to researchers who continue their work in Ukraine, develop scientific fields, implement research projects, create new technologies and solutions, and train the next generation of researchers.
