On March 19, the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Albania in Kharkiv hosted an online conference with the National Cybersecurity
Agency of the Republic of Albania, headed by the General Director of the Agency, Mr. Igli Tafa. Together with the Honorary Consul Shakhin
Omarov, the conference was attended by the Vice-Rector of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, Professor Murad Omarov.
During the conference, the possibilities and promising areas of cooperation in the field of cybersecurity were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the exchange of experience, joint research, and the importance of academic cooperation in developing educational programs aimed at training highly qualified cybersecurity specialists and improving the skills of cybersecurity professionals. As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed on further cooperation between the National Cybersecurity Agency of the Republic of Albania and Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, as well as the preparation of a Memorandum on Cooperation.
