On October 1–2, 2025, an international team representing NURE — including Professor of the Department of Systems Engineering Alina Nechyporenko — together with the Technical University of Applied Sciences Wildau (TH Wildau), attended the “Days of Ukraine in Bavaria 2025” in Bayreuth.
The event was organized by the German-Ukrainian Academic Society (DUAG) with the support of the Bayreuth City Hall and the Consul General of Ukraine in Munich, Mr. Yuriy Nykytyuk.
The event featured insightful presentations and panel discussions on strengthening German-Ukrainian academic cooperation, networking opportunities with scientists, funding organizations, and politicians, and much more. Most importantly, our new joint DAAD project, CoSMoS NT, was presented.
Managing Director of the German-Ukrainian Academic Society, Ms. Nataliya Butych, repeatedly highlighted in her report the active participation of NURE faculty and postgraduate students in joint German-Ukrainian scientific and educational projects.
Thus, we continue to strengthen cooperation with German partners in education and science, paving the way toward a shared future in the EU.
