Therefore, on behalf of myself, the Rector’s Office and the staff of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, I congratulate our defenders and express my gratitude for the courage, bravery and heroism. Thanks to your indomitable spirit, our country remains a sovereign independent state.
