On October 9th, the university held a seminar dedicated to entrepreneurial education, which was conducted online. Luidmyla Titova, the Coordinator of International Cooperation, and Mariia Golovianko, an Associate Professor of the AI Department, presented the new program.
The seminar aimed to promote a new method of entrepreneurial training in the field of Artificial Intelligence for Industry 5.0 with the goal of creating international, multidisciplinary startups based on the results of the JoInME project, which is financed by the Erasmus+ program.
The new JoInME program is an international student educational initiative focused on innovative entrepreneurship. It is delivered by the Artificial Intelligence Department of NURE in collaboration with French partners. The program fosters fresh thinking and innovative ideas while promoting talent development. The program helps students develop skills in project management, planning, financial analysis, communication, and decision-making. It also prepares them for cooperation with international partners, maintains connections in the business environment, and fosters cultural, national, and international awareness. It further encourages self-employment, job creation, and enriches and modernizes the educational process.
The goals of the program are to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed in the post-crisis era to create their own businesses and to prepare a new generation of innovative entrepreneurs who can develop cutting-edge technologies for digital transformation.
This program serves as a unique business incubator for promising student university-based startups, making a significant contribution to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 9 – Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure.
