NURE women’s mentoring program “Women help women”

NURE women's mentoring program "Women help women"Modern NURE in a short time has become a more inclusive environment. However, during the pandemic, the forced transition to distance learning, quarantine restrictions and related stressful situations, gender issues arose again. Women face many challenges, including work-life balance, gender biases and stereotypes, gender inequality in child rearing, and career barriers. Experienced women professionals have faced these problems throughout their careers and successfully overcome them.
Women in senior positions at the University can give advice to young girls who are starting their careers. They are the ones who can tell young women what it takes to succeed in their careers. Communication is an important part of solving women’s problems in education and work. It is important to know about these problems and discuss them so that everyone can be part of the solution. The Center for Gender Education of NURE announces the selection of mentors for the mentoring program “Women help women”.
