The Ukrainian program to improve the energy efficiency of public buildings and structures is being implemented with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). For quick payback, such programs are implemented starting with the buildings of the highest loads. NURE has developed a strategy for the consistent reconstruction of thermal inputs of the main buildings of the university and dormitories in order to maximize savings in heat consumption, which is about 70% of the costs during the heating season.
