Report on the International scientific – practical conference “Problems of Infocommunications. Science and Technology ”(PICS & T-2019)
The initiators and organizers of the conference were: Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics; Ukraine (Kharkov) Section SP / AP / C / EMC Joint Chapter, Kiev University B. Grinchenko.
The chairman of the program committee is T. Radivilova, Ph.D.
To participate in the conference, 218 applications were received from 627 authors (40 – foreign) representatives of 141 universities and enterprises (including 34 – foreign). The conference was attended by 207 participants. At the conference, 160 reports were presented (among which 5 were plenary, 48 were foreign, 15 via Skype.)

Conference program reports were discussed in 5 sections – Fundamentals of the theory of telecommunication systems; Management, adaptation, self-organization in information and communication systems, software-configured networks; Design and planning methods for infocommunication systems; Information processing and protection in information and communication systems; Mobile infocommunication systems and signal processing; Cognitive technologies and systems; Information security in infocommunication systems.
