The concept of the publication provides for the construction of a single information space in the field of education, the highlighting of the possibilities of Ukrainian and foreign educational institutions of all forms and types, the popularization of new educational technologies, etc.
The journal practices a policy of immediate open access to published content, supporting the principles of free dissemination of scientific information and global exchange of knowledge for general social progress.
