Educational Process Support Sector carries out the following functions:
- Planning and organizing the support of the educational process and extracurricular activities conducted on the basis of the ICC;
- Recording machine time used for educational purposes, scientific research, and extracurricular activities involving the ICC’s computing resources;
- Keeping inventory of available computing equipment and providing proposals for updating the ICC’s hardware fleet;
- Providing, upon request from University structural units, expert assessments of whether the available computing equipment meets the requirements of the educational process, scientific research, and extracurricular activities;
- Preparing planning and reporting documentation and maintaining the ICC’s filing index in an up-to-date state.
