Technologies and Innovations Support Center was established based on the Development Office of NURE to provide services in the field of intellectual property to whom it may concern.

The task of the Center is providing inventors and entrepreneurs with access to high-quality technical information and related services that will enable innovators to reveal their potential and ensure the protection and management of their rights.
Main directions of the Center’s activities:
– simplification of access to patent and non-patent databases;
– support for obtaining and commercializing patents;
– highly-qualitative patent retrieval and analysis;

Basic:
– access to technical information (databases):
– assistance in retrieval of technical information – free and/or commercial databases;
– arrangement of distance education according to the WIPO program.
Additional:
– assistance in searching and obtaining the technical information;
– skills training for searching in specialized databases and other informational sources in the field of intellectual property;
– consulting on general issues of registration and applications filling (including the electronic form) for the issuance of security documents;
– providing users with access to TISC hardware and software;
– preparation of documents for obtaining intellectual property rights;
– holding the monitoring of scientific, technical and innovative potential, intellectual resources, etc;
– rendering of consulting services on the development and implementation issues of the economic entity patent strategy;
– development of recommendations for obtaining (registration of) legal protection for the identified results of research & development and their usage in public consumption;
– other services required at different stages of intellectual activity.
