International Relations Department is a structural subdivision of the University, aimed at coordination and development of the university’s cooperation with foreign and international partners.
The department reports to the rector of the University.
The aim of Department is is coordination of international cooperation with foreign higher educational institutions, scientific institutions, research centers, public authorities, international and foreign organizations and other legal entities and individuals through informational and methodological support of international activities; organization, and coordination of joint international projects, as well as creating conditions for further integration and the University into international scientific and educational space.
The tasks of Department are:
- arrangement of international activities of the university, development of methods for its implementation, preparation of contracts (programs) and other documents on the implementation of the University’s tasks in the field of international relations;
- preparation of programs of meetings with foreign and international delegations on the territory of the university;
- Preparation of the university management’s visits to foreign partner organizations;
- provision of information and methodological assistance in the organization of international conferences, symposiums, congresses, seminars, etc.;
- Preparation of internal documents for traveling abroad on official business trips;
- keeping records of foreign trips of the University staff, collecting and processing travel reports;
- assistance in attracting and implementation of international projects and programs;
- coordination of programs of international academic mobility, double diploma and internship and practice abroad;
- implementation of information and methodological support in the sphere of development of international cooperation of the university and increase of competitiveness of the employees and students for participation in international projects and programs.
