2. The ability to conduct a system-analytical study of objects and systems of natural science, technical, economic and social profile on the basis of fundamental training. To carry out system mathematical modeling and system optimization of objects on basis of developed and existing research methods, including standard and specialized software packages.

3. Develop and use unified software for solving system research problems and implementing control in complex systems.

4. To make tactical and strategic decisions based on results of system analysis of complex objects and systems.
