On April 12, an educational interactive event on plantography on the basis of a medical orthosalon.
The event was attended by students of the 1st and 3rd year of the BMI Department of NURE together with the teachers. Visual diagnostics and monitoring of orthopedic diseases and deformations of the feet on an optical podoscope from the specialists of Orthosalon and at the Cathedral Thermographic Plantography were carried out.
Diagnosis on the plantograph Thermo allows you to evaluate the condition of the foot due to the heat-sensitive film when contact with the foot on the surface of the plantograph, as there is a color mark, which reflects the condition of the patient’s foot vault.
The event was aimed at preventive examination to identify the pathologies of the feet and compare the methods of visual diagnosis according to different principles of work of plantographic equipment.
Conducting interactive on the basis of different medical institutions in the conditions of distance education during martial law allows to obtain additional practical skills from specialists of different profiles, which provides an interdisciplinary approach to organizing the educational process and meets 3 goals of sustainable development of the UN – good health and well-being.
