An accessibility service staff to “NURE without restrictions” for teachers and students of NURE on November 20 organized a lecture on the topic of mental health with the regional coordinator of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program “How are You?” Lilya Zotova.
The specialist revealed the meaning and components of mental health, shared the techniques of stabilization of the psychological state and its improvement. Mental health requires special attention to each of us, because our mental well -being depends on physical health, well -being, law and order and resources in everyday life and training. The lecture meeting took place on the basis of the safe NURE space. The attendees actively participated in the discussion and shared their own experience.
