According to COST Action CA15110 CHARME-Harmonization of standardization strategies to improve efficiency and competitiveness Pavel Onoprienko, a student of the 4th year of the Department of Systems Engineering of the Faculty of CS, presented the STSM project “Development of SOP for data analysis in the field of life Sciences using machine learning methods”. The project is being implemented at the technical University of Applied Sciences in Vildau, Germany, under the supervision of Prof. Markus Froime, head of the Department of Molecular Biotechnology and Functional Genomics, and Prof. Alina Nechiporenko, Department of System Engineering, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics. The project was selected for presentation at the final CHARME conference, which will be held next week in Brussels.
