A collective monograph with the participation of NURE scientists has been published

On June 4, following the results of the IFIP (International Federation for Information Processing) Conference on Information Technology in Disaster Risk Reduction (ITDRR 2019), Springer published a collective monograph with the participation of NURE scientists.
The ITDRR: International Conference on Information Technology in Disaster Risk Reduction focuses on various aspects of IT and disaster risk reduction.  The International Forum defines the academic environment that promotes dialogue and exchange of ideas between different levels of academic, research and business communities.
It should also be noted that the head of the Department of Systems Engineering Igor Grebennik, Co-Chair of the Conference, was a member of the working group of the Technical Committee IFIP – WG 5.15: Information Technology in Disaster Risk Reduction.  IFIP – International Federation of Information Processing- well-known international organization in the field of information and communication technologies and sciences.
The WG 5.15 Working Group brings together experts from a variety of industries, universities, non-profit organizations, agriculture, marine life, health, social security, risk management, security and social networking.  Its activities are aimed at analyzing and creating information technology aimed at supporting the solution of problems of reducing the risks of emergencies of various natures – man-made, natural, the effects of climate change and more.
