November 6. A laboratory of technical information protection systems was opened at the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics. It’s a joint project of the management of KNURE, the IRTIS Faculty and the companies Kratos, Infotech, Intercom and Eco-Elta.
Thanks to the laboratory, students of KNURE will be able to learn in practice the principles and tools of modern technical means of ensuring security, to conduct a research work, and also to acquire practical skills in operating the various security systems.
In addition, the laboratory will allow to develop and to implement training programs in accordance with the needs of the modern labor market.
“It is difficult to overestimate the potential and the opportunities that are opening up for our students thanks to the implementation of such projects. Knowledge and practical skills, especially if they meet modern requirements, is an indispensable component in the training of highly qualified specialists. And I want to thank our partners for their help in the execution of the initiative. I am confident that these walls and this equipment will become the foundation for the education of professional personnel,” underlined Valerii Semenets, Rector of NURE.
