Indicative cost is used as an indicator of the minimum cost of providing educational services to one individual – a higher education seeker and is used to establish the minimum amount of tuition fees provided by the educational service provider.
The meeting discussed the average amount of actual cash expenditures of NURE as a provider of educational services for the previous calendar year per one estimated higher education applicant, which is directly related to the provision of educational services for training higher education under the state order. The contingent of entrants is forecasted on the basis of the number of school graduates. The cost of training in similar specialties of other free economic zones is analyzed.
It is noted that the minimum tuition fee for higher education should be consistent with market conditions, competitive environment and contribute to the continuous sustainable development of the University.
These conclusions will be presented to the Academic Council for consideration and approval.
