Cyber Defence for Intelligent Systems

The NATO Science for Peace and Security Programme (SPS) approved the Project #G5511”Cyber Defence for Intelligent Systems”.

Project duration is 36 months (21.05.2018 – 20.05.2021)

Project Coordinator: Technical University – Sofia, BG

Project participants:

ECAM-EPMI (Graduate School of Engineering), FR,

University of Jyvaskyla, FI,

Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics, UA

The general project objective is to develop a Proof of Concept (PoC) of an operational tool for effective and real-time intelligent and resilient cyber defence in supply chains and logistics.

The specific project objectives include:

  • to develop a proof of concept (PoC) of Intelligent System for Resilient Cyber Defence in Supply Chains and Logistics supported by Cyber-physical systems (CPS) composed of network structures (connected by an appropriate interface), and periphery, composed of various connected smart modules (e.g., intelligent sensors and actuators, computer-human interfaces, computation units, databases, logistics units mechatronic systems, industry 4.0 modules );
  • to develop a smart hybrid models for early detection and prevention of cyber threats and attacks in CPS trained on data obtained from CPS smart modules;

to raise awareness of methods and tools for intelligent and resilient cyber defence in supply chains and logistics
