Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics joined the project COST CA15127 – Resilient Communication Services Protecting End-user Applications from Disaster-based Failures (RECODIS), the purpose of which is to develop appropriate techniques and services to provide end-user applications with reliable service of the infocommunication network, namely, natural disasters ( floods, tornadoes, earthquakes, fires), technological disasters associated, for example, with power outages, etc., malicious attacks on network security, compromised network elements (often resulting in the failure of nodes and channels serving most of the traffic).
