September 13-15 in Belgrade (Serbia) Microsoft held the final of the international programming championship BubbleCup, which allows Ukrainian students to compete with the strongest teams in the world.
This year a team from the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics consisting of Andrey Shanin, Oleg Wallace and Matthew Aslandukov, under the leadership of Professor of the PE Department Alexander Vechur, entered the finals, getting the 8th place. Teams from France, Italy, Poland, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Romania, Belarus, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India, Bangladesh, Colombia, Algeria and Ukraine took part in the competition.
