Within the framework of the XXIII International youth forum “Radio Electronics and youth in the XXIst century”, which was held at the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, a thematic conference “Electronics, laser and biotechnical engineering” was held.
During the work of the section “Electronic systems and technologies, including micro-and nanoelectronics” the following issues were discussed: electronic devices and systems of reception and transmission of information; electronic/digital/optical methods and systems of signal and image processing; electronic technologies and means of diagnosis, control and monitoring; modern element base of electronics; nanoelectronic and nanooptic technologies; electronic systems of energy-saving technologies; innovative teaching methods in the field of electronics, micro-and nanoelectronics.
According to the results of the conference, the participants took the following places:
Alexander Kalmykov received the diploma of the 1st degree, Bezkrovniy Alexander and Konstantin Slaby were awarded with diplomas of the IInd degree and Alexander Maslov and Alexey Butenko, Michael Paly and Ivan Kravets received the diplomas of the IIIrd degree.
In addition, among the 57 papers were selected the authors who received awards in the following categories: Irina Bliznyuk and Alexander Beskrovniy for best creative idea and professional approach, Evgeny Gorodetsky Konstantin Slaby and Nikita Yemtsov for its innovative approach to solving technical challenges, Alexander Kalmykov – for the best report, and Igor Bondarenko – for the active participation in the struggle.
