September 6-8 in Sozopol (Bulgaria) with the support of the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine was held VIII international IEEE conference with modern optoelectronic and laser technologies CAOL*2019, which became a forum of scientists in the field of laser physics and optoelectronics, Photonics, nanotechnology, material physics, nonlinear optics, quantum optics and optical communications. A characteristic feature of the conference is the emphasis on mathematical, physical and technological aspects of modern optoelectronics.
Within CAOL * 2019 two scientific events were successfully held for the first time – a scientific seminar on the application of Data Science methods in modern optoelectronics and laser technology (DSMOLE*2019) , as well as a Scientific seminar “measurement Uncertainty: scientific, regulatory, applied and methodological aspects” (UM*2019).
Chairman of the organizing Committee of the conference, rector of NURE Valerii Semenets expressed gratitude to all who took part in this large-scale scientific event.
Special thanks to the members of the Organizing and Program committees of the conference, namely:
– Professors. Oleksiy V. Shulika (University of Guanajuato, México)
– Professors. Vyacheslav A. Maslov (V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Ukraine)
– Professors. Marian Marciniak (National Institute of Telecommunications, Poland)
– Professors. Valentin A. Smyntyna (Odessa I. I. Mechnikov National University, Ukraine)
