A requiem rally on the occasion of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred Day took place on February 18 at the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics. The event was attended by representatives of the Department of Science and Education of HRSA, the administration of the University of Radio Electronics, the student government of NURE, the Regional Student Council, teachers and students.
Vice-Rector for International Cooperation Murad Omarov and Chairman of the Student Senate Bohdan Yerokhin addressed the audience.
The ceremony ended with the laying of flowers to the memorial plaque of Eugene Kotlyar.
