Flowers dedicated to the Day of Remembrance of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred took place on February 19 at the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics. Rector of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics Valerii Semenets together with the Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Education of Kharkiv Regional State Administration – Head of the Department of Science, Higher, Vocational Education and Personnel Volodymyr Ignatiev honored the memory of Heroes of Ukraine and laid flowers to the memorial board of the Hero of the Heavenly Hundred and activist Yevhen Kotlyar, a graduate of the University of Radio Electronics who gave his life defending the rights and freedoms of each of us.
