On December 22, a meeting of the Academic Council of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics chaired by Professor Oleksandr Fylypenko was held.
According to the agenda, the members of the Academic Council made the following main decisions:
- by secret ballot, the academic title of associate professor was awarded to Natalia Rusakova (Department of PI), Inna Khondak (Department of OP), Olena Chaliy (Department of CITAM);
- approved the topics of dissertations of postgraduate students, doctoral students and applicants for admission in 2022;
- Candidates for the scholarship of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for outstanding services in the field of higher education were approved by secret ballot in two rounds: Head of the Department of Higher Mathematics Oleksandr Nerukh and Professor of the Department of Computer-Integrated Technologies, Automation and Mechatronics Yurii Oleksandrov;
- a working group was created to prepare the Conference of the NURE staff, which will be held on January 10, 2023. The group includes: Vasyl Rossikhin, Vice-Rector for ICRA; Andrii Frolov, Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization; Serhii Selevko, Deputy Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization; Serhii Chepela, Head of the HR Department;
- the Environmental Policy of NURE was approved, according to which the university undertakes to plan and implement the provisions declared at the Academic Council and constantly improve the environmental performance;
- the Rules of admission to NURE in 2023 were approved. During the discussion of the issue, a discussion was held, which was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Admission Committee Andrii Yerokhin, Dean of the Faculty of ACT Oleksandr Fylypenko, Acting Rector of the University, First Vice-Rector Ihor Ruban and other members of the Academic Council. The discussion was devoted to the peculiarities of taking into account the recently adopted Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 16, 2022 No. 1392 “On Amendments to the List of Branches of Knowledge and Specialties for the Training of Higher Education Applicants”;
- by secret ballot, 123 scientific and pedagogical workers were elected by competition at the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics;
The Academic Secretary of the Academic Council Ihor Magdalina worked out all the technical requirements for the procedure of secret voting in the conditions of distance work at a high level.
On behalf of the Academic Council Oleksandr Fylypenko congratulated the university staff on the upcoming New Year holidays.
