The club for schoolchildren was organized by the Department of Software Engineering of NURE. Almost 100 pupils from different parts of Ukraine took part in the courses. We successfully conducted three disciplines on the following topics: “Algorithms and Data Structures” under the guidance of Associate Professor Andrii Babii, “Databases” under the guidance of Associate Professor Oksana Mazurova, and “Java Programming Fundamentals” under the guidance of Associate Professor Dmytro Kolesnikov.
The training is held online every Thursday for free. Sigma Software continues to be our reliable partner, rewarding the best students with valuable gifts.
We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate our student Ivan Zhilyak, who took 3rd place at the Tournament of Young Computer Scientists held this fall as part of the Unbreakable Coders team.
The next course for our schoolchildren will be Game Design Fundamentals, taught by senior lecturer Yuriy Novikov, which will start on January 11, 2024.
Learners can join us throughout the year at it.nure.ua. Each course lasts a month and includes four lessons.
