Education and Career
In 1972 he defended his diploma as a radio engineering engineer and was sent to work in the research laboratory of the radio engineering faculty. At the same time as working in the laboratory, he studied at the graduate school of the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute.
Since 1982, he worked as an assistant, and then as an assistant professor at the Department of REPS.
In 1983 he defended his thesis on the specialty “Antenna-feeder devices and microwave technology.”
In 1984, she was awarded the degree of candidate of technical sciences.
In 1994 he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.
In 2016 he defended his doctoral dissertation in the specialty 05.12.13 – radio engineering devices and telecommunications. The topic of the dissertation is the development of theory and analytical methods to increase the efficiency of designing linear passive devices for integrated microwave circuits.
In 2017, the academic title of professor was awarded.
From 2018 to the present – Head of the Department of Radioelectronic Devices and Systems.
Research activities
Research interests: designing the element base of micro-electronic microwave devices.
