Education and Career

In1969 he graduated the Kharkiv Military Radioingeneering Academy, specializing in Radio Tecknik.

In 1969-1973 – he officer, served in the Armed Forces of the USSR, 1973-1976 he Adjunct of the Kharkiv Military Radioing. Acad.

1981-1992 Lecturer and  Senior Lecturer of Zhitomir High Military School of Radio Eng.  1981-1992 Assistant professor and Senior Researcher of Kharkiv Military Radioingen. Academy.

1992-2007 professor Department of Device for transmitting and receiving signals the radar armament of the Air Force University in Kharkov.

Since  2007 – Professor of the Department of Telecommunication Systems (Infocommunication Engineering) of Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics.

Ph.D – 1976.

Doctor of Sciences – 1991, (05.12.17 – Radiotechnical and Telecommunication Systems).


Educational activity

Teaches courses:  “The theory of electric circles and signals” (in English), “Broadcasting and television systems” (in English and Ukrainian),  “Radio relay and satellite communication systems” (in English and Ukrainian), “Perspective wireless technologies” (in English and Ukrainian)”


Research activities

He was a scientific supervisor or a responsible executive in ten research projects. He is a member of two specialized scientific councils for defending doctoral and candidate dissertations at the Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics (D.64.052.09, D 64.052.03).

Has prepared 15 Ph.D.

Research interests:

  •  Digital and digital-analog synthesis of radar  signals with controlled parameters;
  • Broadband mobile communication systems with adaptation to signal propagation conditions;
  • Digital communication systems using the Moon as a passive repeater.

Publications and patents

Has over 150 publications. Has more than 50 certificates of invention.
