1964-1970 – Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute (LETI),
Faculty of Automation and Computer Engineering, specializing in gyroscopic devices and devices, electrical engineer.
1981-1984 – Military Engineering Radio Engineering Academy of Air Defense (VIRTA Air Defense), graduated with a gold medal, specializing in operational and tactical engineering.
1970-1998 – service in the ranks of the Armed Forces:
1974-1993 – Adjunct, Lecturer, Head of the Research Laboratory of VIRTA Air Defense;
1993-2004 – Head of the Research Directorate for the Air Defense ACS, Leading Researcher of the Air Defense Research Center of the Kharkiv Military University (HVU).
2004 – Technical Director of LLC “Kharkov House of Science and Technology”.
2005-2008 – Technical Director, Director of INTELLA LLC.
2012-2018 – General Director of the Science Park “Radioelectronics and Informatics” (SP REI) KNURE.
From 2018 to the present time, Director of Radioelectronics, Scientific Park “SYNERGY” KNURE;
From 2013 to the present – Senior Research Fellow of the problem research laboratory “Radio monitoring and processing of radio-technical information” KNURE
Educational activities
1978-1986 – teacher VIRTA Air Defense, co-author of 3 textbooks for the Air Defense Forces and a number of teaching aids. Experience in scientific and pedagogical work for over 35 years.
Research activities
Since 1974 he has participated in more than 30 state budget and contractual research works. Participated in
Training of scientific and pedagogical staff, prepared 7 PhDs in the field of artificial intelligence.
Participation in the organization and holding of the International Forum “Kharkiv-IT” in 2014.
In 2013-2015, active participation in the international economic forum “Innovations. Investments. Kharkiv Initiatives!” etc.
Active participation in domestic and international scientific conferences, exhibitions, in particular, in the exhibition center “KievExpoPlaza” and the People’s Republic of China, Harbin, as well as round tables.
Development and implementation of “Geoinformation system of regional resources monitoring and information-analytical support of management decisions (GISMR) for Kharkiv Regional Council (Order № 88 from 15.06.2015).
International activities
Preparation and signing of international agreements on scientific and technical cooperation between:
- Science Park REI KNURE and LLC “Consulting Company for Enterprise Management in Heilongjiang Province”, China, Harbin;
- Science Park REI and Harbin Engineering University (HEU), China, Harbin.
Implementation of commercial contracts in the area of international activities within the framework of the main position.
Implementation of the project “Creation of geoinformation system for monitoring the impact of hydrocarbon exploration and production projects on socio-economic development of local communities in Kharkiv region” under the Charity Grant Agreement dated 26.08.2014 between the Scientific Park REI KNURE and the representative office of Shell Exploration & Production Ukraine Investments (IV) BV in Ukraine and the British Council (Ukraine) LLC
