In 1992 graduated from the Kharkov Institute of RadioElectronics specialty “Automated control systems”.
Ph.D. since 1998.

1996 – Assistant, 1999 – Lecturer, Technical Cybernetics Department of Kharkov Institute of RadioElectronics (Since 1999 – Artificial Intelligence Department).
2000 to present – Associate Professor of the Artificial Intelligence Department

Teaches courses: “Algorithms Theory”, “Fractal and Chaotic Models in Data Mining”, “Fractal Analysis of Complex Networks”, “Data Analysis in MatLab”, “Methods of Searching and Optimization”, “Numerical Methods in Computer Science”, “Algorithmic and Programming“.
