In 1980 graduated from Kharkov Institute of Radio Electronics, specialty “Electronic devices”.

Ph.D. – 1987. Thesis defended on the 6th of April 1987 at Kharkov State University.

The main stages of science and pedagogical activity:

1983 – 1998 – junior Researcher, Researcher, Senior Researcher, responsible executor of scientific topic (KhIRE, KhTURE)

September 1, 2003 – Lecturer, Department of Microelectronics, Electronic Devices and Appliances, KhNURE.

September 1, 2005 – Associate Professor, Department of Microelectronics, Electronic Devices and Appliances, KhNURE.

Teaches courses: Vacuum and Plasma Electronics,Basics of Electronics, Optoelectronics, Devices and Appliances of Integrated Electronics, Information Display Systems, Solid-State Electronics, Photonics, Devices of Integrated Opto-, Photo- and Acoustoelectronics
