Education and Career

1976 – graduated from Pushkino Higher Command College of Radio Electronics and Air Defense, specialty “Electronical computers and automation equipment”.

From 1983 to 1986 – military post-graduate studies of the Military Engineering Radio Engineering Academy of the Air Defense named after the Soviet Union marshal Govorov L.O.

The thesis was defended in 1987 on special subject in specialty 20.02.14 “Armament and Military Equipment”.

1991 – senior scientific officer in specialty “Military cybernetics, informatics, system analysis, operations research and modeling of systems and combat operations”.

1992 – graduated from the Military Engineering Radio Engineering Academy of the Air Defense the Soviet Union  Marshal Govorov L.O. in specialty “Engineering Operational-Tactical Air Defense Forces”.

From 1976 to 2005 – military service in the Armed Forces of the USSR and Ukraine.

2004 – professor of the department of Tactics and Applications of Space Systems.

From 2005 to 2006 – associate professor of the TCS department.

From 2006 to 2018 – professor of the Department of TCS (ICE).


Educational activity

Teaches: Methodology of Research and Copyright; Methods of Scientific Research; Modeling of Infocommunication. Mathematical Modeling of Telecommunication Systems; Local and Corporate networks.


Research activities

Performer of certain parts of SRW in special subject. Scientific interests: digital signal processing; modeling of complex systems; computer systems of special designation.

Number of trained scientists: five candidates of technical sciences.


Publications

More than 100 scientific schools among them there are more than 20 teaching aids, textbooks and handbooks, 5 inventions.
